ES 2.7b17 Will not run.

I used to run b11 and it worked fine. I just upgraded and now the only time i can get ES to run is when I go to configuration and run it manually, even then it does not even fullscreen like a screensaver. It only runs as a program window. I reinstalled it to no avail and my computer well exceeds the requirements for ES. Any advice?

No answers because not many people are experiencing this issue still. The only machine I have that esheep doesn't run on is an old shitty xp machine with shit hardware.

This used to be an issue, but b17 fixed it for most people. What are your hardware specs?
